Reviews and Ratings
My boyfriend and I had a pleasant stay for one night. The room was nice and clean, equipped with essential amenities like a kettle, fridge, and TV, making it quite comfortable. We faced some issues with the water temperature in the shower and found the dinner menu at Patrick's Restaurant differed from online, but the food was still enjoyable, and the staff were eager to make us feel comfortable. Overall, it was a nice relaxing place, but there's a bit of room for improvement.
The stay at Tranquil Park was a delightful experience overall. The hotel boasts stunning views of the countryside and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. However, the dated condition of the room and the presence of bugs in certain areas were unfortunate downsides. The dining experience was great, but I missed having the restaurant open for dinner on my first night.
While the hotel offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, my experience was marred by some cleanliness issues and outdated room conditions. The welcoming and helpful staff made the stay more pleasant, but the dining options, particularly breakfast, left much to be desired. Overall, there is potential if some renovations and improvements are made.
Our stay here was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location offered stunning views of the Glasshouse Mountains, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. On the other hand, the room was in need of some serious upgrades and didn’t meet our expectations. While the breakfast included was a nice touch, the dining experience left us wanting more, especially since the dining room wasn’t open during our stay. Overall, the beautiful setting just couldn’t make up for the shortcomings in the room and dining.
Tranquil Park offers stunning views of the Glasshouse Mountains, making it a beautiful spot for a getaway. The service from the staff was truly commendable, as they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. However, the room we stayed in felt incomplete and lacked some essential amenities, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, while the dining experience was good when we had dinner, the breakfast arrangement left something to be desired with the restaurant not being fully operational during our stay.
